Posted below is the highly controversial report of the commission of inquiry submitted by Justice Nanavati and Justice Mehta, in September 2008. This one sided report has rightly been challenged and criticised by secular activists and investigative journalists. Even though we sharply disagree with the content of this report, we feel this document should be brought into the public domain be accessible to public.
