The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is the major organization influencing the politics and other aspects of our society from last nearly three decades. As such it has the agenda of Hindu Rasthra, and it politics is called Hindutva, which is the politics based on elite, Brahminical Hindu values.

Labour experts and veteran trade union leaders describe the lack of unionisation as the singular factor responsible for poor work conditions, and believe that without organising and exercising the right to collective bargaining, labour will remain vulnerable.
