Korea and the US leading the rather smallish pack, of just 14 countries, planning to build new reactors, has tried too hard to treacherously subvert an Act passed by the Indian parliament to appease and lure the potential suppliers; a significant hurdle - even if not insurmountable, apparently, continues to remain in place, nonetheless..
